Designed by world-acclaimed architect, Paul Tange of Tange Associates and landscaped by Ecoplan Asia, Jadescape is expected to obtain its Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) by early 2023.
Given its proximity to the beautiful MacRitchie Reservoir and Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park, The architect designed Jadescape to make its landscape to follow the topography of an Asian garden theme. adescape is picturesque at every turn, its residential towers resembling a majestic mountain range that encompasses the outline of MacRitchie Reservoir.
The facades of the Jadescape towers are made to be oriented toward the MacRitchie Reservoir, creating a connection between them and maximising the view towards the reservoir from each building. it looks like Chinese ink painting with layers of depth, which brings into balance the surrounding greenery, water and mountains.
Instead of monolithic, imposing walls, each building is slightly different with its own identity, but all are harmonised within the site. JadeScape is Singapore’s first fully-smart private development, at which intelligent estate monitoring system will be complete embedded with fully integrated smart home technologies throughout its 1,206-units. New smart home devices include smart dishwasher with ultrasonic fruit and vegetable cleansing capabilities, and smart heat recovery system that recycles the heat generated from air-conditioners to heat up water for warm showers.
