
Sentosa Cove on Sentosa Island
Besides as a world renown recreational island, Sentosa also hold a prestigious integrated oceanfront marina residential community, Sentosa Cove. It’s conceived with billion-dollar master plan and developed in the early 2000s. Sentosa Cove is a safe haven for ultra-high net worth individuals who value good business opportunities, attractive tax schemes, the exclusivity of Sentosa Island, transparency of property markets and steady economic growth in Singapore.
There are an estimated 2,800 condo units and 320 bungalow plots in this upscale waterfront housing region. Some of the developments include the 302-unit Cape Royale, Seascape, the 91-unit Turquoise, the 124-unit Marina Collection and the 228-unit The Residences. By far, there are no new condo sites being sold and, therefore, no future new supply in Sentosa Cove.
The government has envisaged more waterfront residential enclaves, for example, the developments in the Greater Southern Waterfront after year of 2030 and mixed-use residential District – Marina South according to URA Master Plan. these projects are still years in the making and are aimed different market segments unlike Sentosa; which is and will always remain an exclusive community with a limited supply of homes.
