The Florence Residences (悦湖苑) has sold over 625 units by the time of middle May 2020 since its launch in Feb 2019. The recent average selling prices are $1,578, $1,580, $1,570,  $1,492, $1,430 and $1, 516 psf for one-bedder, two-bedder, three-bedder, four-bedder and five-bedder respectively. Among the transactions, the lowest psf price was done as $1,218 from some 1,044-sqft 3-bedroom unit.  The highest psf price was done as $1,662 from another 667-sqft 2-bedroom unit. Both units were sold in 2019 with record price. From the following monthly price chart, it’s shown that The Florence Residence has transacted the average price steadily, ranging from $1,437 to $1,500 psf. Among all the sold units, there are 131 1-bedroom, 280 2-bedroom, 194 3-bedroom, and 20 4-bedroom units.
